I've been your merchant.
Epos Now POS terminals through my hands as a secondary-market reseller. Hardware, lifecycle, migration friction — first-hand, not desk-research.
An application — direct to the founders
For the PR Co-ordinator (AI-First) role. Built on one of your tills, since that felt right.
Tap to start
A live application for the PR Co-ordinator (AI-First) role — built around what you actually asked for: AI agents, output, merchant insight.
I'm not a traditional PR candidate. I'm an automation engineer who can write — applying for a role you've explicitly said isn't traditional PR. I helped roll out LenAI to 90,000+ colleagues at Marsh McLennan. I run an AI-automated electronics business doing hundreds of orders a month. And I've been a real Epos Now merchant: I've sourced, refurbished, and resold a stack of your POS terminals through that channel. This site is the audition.
§ 01 — Why Epos Now
Epos Now POS terminals through my hands as a secondary-market reseller. Hardware, lifecycle, migration friction — first-hand, not desk-research.
Contributed to the rollout of LenAI at Marsh McLennan. 90,000+ users. Independently credited (Oliver Wyman, Rubrik) with saving over a million team hours in year one.
Norwich-based. In the office whenever you want me there. Not a remote candidate dressing up as a local.
§ 02 — Live Agents
The job ad asks the successful candidate to "build an AI agent (and then a team of agents) to support PR." Below are two of the first agents I'd put into production on day one. Try them.
Each runs a prepared example to keep the demo cost-free, but the architecture is real — these are designed for Claude Cowork / Claude API with retrieval over Epos Now press history and merchant case studies. Production wiring is week-one work.

§ 03 — Experience
Independent E-Commerce Operation · Norwich
Built and automated a multi-marketplace electronics retail business — repair parts: batteries, screens, chargers — processing hundreds of orders a month. End-to-end automation of cross-marketplace listing, image handling, pricing, and customer-service triage. One-person ops, content, and engineering team. Everything that scales runs through an agent or it doesn't run.
This included sourcing, refurbishing, and reselling Epos Now POS terminals through the channel.
Took a deliberate year out. Came back, started building.
Marsh McLennan · Norwich
Six years on complex claims for Fortune 500 clients, insured values up to USD 1bn. Sole point of contact for the firm's North American trucking portfolio. Saw an 80,000-vehicle product recall through to negotiated settlement with London and global insurers.
On the AI & automation side: contributed to the rollout of LenAI, Marsh's enterprise generative AI assistant; designed and tested Blue Prism RPA workflows with the Automation & Business Solutions team; supported testing and transition planning for Lloyd's of London Blueprint Two.
